Personal data collection
Your personal data collected in the application form will be used by Infinity Montessori Academy (IMA) and Hong Kong Montessori Research and Development Association (HKMRDA) for:
- processing, provision and any related matters of this application
- other related administration, reference, research, documentation and communication
We will not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Important notes for application
- Whatever reasons for withdrawing from the course or changing the date of attendance, the school office must be notified in writing.
- 10% of the course fee or no less than HKD$100 will be charged as administrative fees if you notify us of withdrawal from the course 14 days before it begins. 50% of the course fee will be charged if you notify us of withdrawal 7 days before class begins. The full amount of the course fee will be forfeited if we do not receive a 7-day notice before the class begins.
- All courses are intended to provide to the applicant only. Fees paid and the related course applied cannot be transferred from one person to another.
